Placing an order is an offer to buy; you'll receive a confirmation email once it's placed. We may cancel or refuse an order in exceptional cases — suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or technical problems. If we can't fulfill a paid order, we'll let you know and refund you.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in the applicable currency, including tax where required. Any shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment must be completed before we process and ship your order. We may change prices at any time, but this won't affect orders already confirmed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within the estimated timeframes shown on our site. These are estimates — delays can happen due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. Once your order is with the carrier, delays are their responsibility, not ours. Please make sure your delivery details are correct; incorrect or incomplete information may lead to extra shipping costs.
6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Items must generally be returned in their original condition, with the seal and packaging intact where applicable. Some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where the law allows it. 7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If something arrives wrong, damaged, or faulty, contact us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo. We'll review it and sort out a fair solution under applicable consumer law. Please don't send a damaged or faulty item back before checking our return instructions first.
